This frontline Restaurant is situated directly below a large apartment block that houses 80% residents and 20% tourists, it is also surrounded by Hotels and is on the main road that serves the main beach in this resort.
Santa Ponsa is one of the prime resorts within the Calvia Region of Mallorca and attracts in the main holidaymakers from Ireland, Scotland and England, but does also attract other European holidaymakers throughout the season.
The restaurant has always retained its reputation for its range of food offered, from the start of the day through to the early evening, catering for families who are staying in the nearby hotels and apartments.
Later in the evening it reverts in the main to a bar facility that caters for families and hosts a quiz every night for both the children and parents while they enjoy the late balmy nights through to the early hours for those with the stamina to keep up with the owners!
There is a fully functional kitchen that has recently had a new extraction system installed during which time the whole business was re-wired, so the electrics are right up to spec, as are all the fridges and freezers that have been re-gassed.

The bar area has 16 stools with 3 bistro tables and a pool table for those who feel energetic later in the day! Externally on the covered terrace there are 6 tables with some 26 chairs and due to the popularity of this restaurant there are sometimes queues for seats!
All in all this is a very well run business that has served the current owners well, they will be staying on the Island and would be more than happy to work alongside new owners for a period of time to ensure there is a full handover.
