The owners of this modern style restaurant should be congratulated on their achievement in turning this empty local into a special establishment. So successful where they last year that this restaurant was placed in the top 5 restaurants on the Island. Unfortunately due to family commitments the owners must return to the UK, but will continue to run the business until it is sold.
Location is very good with their large terrace South facing and has 50 covers; there is a wide pavement between them and one of the main streets of this cosmopolitan resort.
Inside there is a steel and tile bar that is fully stocked and well equipped, between the bar and the large glass panels are a Cain sofa, chair and table, this area is perfect for dinners waiting to be seated. Seven bar stools blend perfectly with the bar and surroundings, the dinning area is set up with 30 covers. A disabled toilet is on this level as is the dish wash area.
Although there is a modern theme to this restaurant they have managed to make the dinning area a warm and welcoming place to sit and enjoy the extensive menu. At the end of the dinning area is the kitchen that has an open serving hatch so the guests can see what is happening. As you would expect it is fully equipped and all fittings are stainless steel.
Either side of the bar are stairs that go down to the cellar of 120sqm that has several rooms one of which has natural light and could be used for accommodation. There are also staff changing room with shower, staff bathroom, store rooms dish wash area (this is an additional one as the main one is beside the kitchen) a rear door that leads to a secure parking area and is used for deliveries. The customer bathrooms are also on the lower level.
