We are very pleased to list one of the oldest and most well regarding Marine Brokerage and Chater companies based here in the SW of Mallorca. The business itself has been running over 20 yrs+ and is very profitable.

The Business has 2 main business lines. Firstly it has a very successful Brokerage which does very well, selling on average 10+ boats per year of various sizes/styles. With currently over 35+ boats for sale with a lot on an exclusive basis, it generates substantial revenue

Secondly, it has a very successful luxury Charter Business with relationships with a lot of the major luxury hotels with a very wide range of boats available and over 10 for exclusive use this also generates excellent revenue.

The business also owns its own 48ft Motor Yacht which is used for charters on a very regular basis as well as a  3 vehicles which are used mainly for the Charter business.

In Winter the staff is usually around 4 whilst in Summer this increases to 10 and includes Skippers, Crew, Private Chef and Stewards to help with the Charter business.

The current owner is looking to sell the business or take on an equity partner to assist with the running of the business i.e 50% share for €300,000 which would also give the partner 50% share of the profits.
