This magnificent restaurant is located in the most exclusive area of Peguera. Over-looking the bay with breathtaking views that can be very easily enjoyed from the upper or lower outdoor terraces. The restaurant is based in the South West of the Island overlooking the Meditteranean sea. It offers a full and truly superb menu from Tapas, Seafood to fresh meat. The restaurant is divided into two environments: the bistro terrace and the restaurant. On the terrace, we find a flirtatious pool from which customers can enjoy the restaurant while delighting the gastronomic variety offered to them.

First Floor

There is a clear water system running throughout the entire building offering clean and safe drinking water and also protecting all equipment. Ground Floor

When entering the ground floor you have the pool area and an extensive terrace overlooking the bay of Peguera. The terrace is elevated to improve the view with less interruptions to the beauty that Mallorca can offer. Through the terrace, you can also gain access to the sea. The inside of the restaurant consists of a large fully equipped bar with the highest quality drinks and machinery. Storage is offered to the side and toilets for the clients. Separately at the back of the bar, there is even more storage comprising of a large climatised wine cellar, Large ice machine and dish/glass washers. Sun umbrellas are also included with the rest of the equipment for purchase.


The restaurant attracts clientele from all over the Island. Already catering to English, Spanish, Swedish and German. There is plenty of room to extend the menu or even add some personal favourites.

The business is currently trading 8 months of the year March to November but there is potential to open 12 months of the year. The current owners have had this ever-growing business for 50 years and the reason for selling is to retire.
